The Rotary Club is hosting a Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned fundraiser this Friday and Saturday October 10th and 11th at Bullhead City’s Rotary Park. This event is the Rotary Club’s First Annual Slab-O-Rama and it will involve Barbeque cook off competitions in 8 different categories with $16,000 in prize money given out to the winners of the competition. The Slab-O-Rama will also take place in conjunction with the 2014 October Fest. Music, food, and vendors will be abundant during this festival. The proceeds of the fundraiser will go to helping fund Rotary’s Park improvements and topping off youth scholarships.
