You are required to obtain a Bullhead City Business License and submit a completed event application two weeks prior to the event date. This form can be dropped off at City Hall, mailed to the address included in the form, or e-mailed to our Licensing Manager, Dina Sevillano at bhcbusinesslicense@bullheadcityaz.gov    (928)763-0110.
