The Utilities Department office is located inside City Hall at 2355 Trane Road in Bullhead City. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm and closed on holidays.
We offer six convenient options for paying your water or wastewater utility bill.

Auto-Pay
Customers can sign up for Auto-Pay at myaccount.bullheadcity.com after they receive their first invoice from Bullhead City Utilities.

Online
Online payments can be made at myaccount.bullheadcity.com. Your user logins with Epcor will work with the City’s portal. There’s no need to create new login.

Walk-In at City Hall
The City welcomes walk-in payments at City Hall, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona. Open Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm. Closed on Holidays. Cash payments are accepted.

Payment Terms, Delinquency Fees, & Disconnections
Customer bills are due 20 days after the billing date. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the City of Bullhead. Payments must be received in our office on the due date shown on the customer's bill.
An account becomes delinquent the day after the due date unless prior arrangements have been made with our customer service staff. The due date on a Bullhead Utilities bill applies to current charges only. Any balance forward on a bill is subject to the delinquency process.
When a bill becomes delinquent, city staff mails a delinquent notice to the customer and adds a 1.5% delinquent fee to the customer's account. When payment is not received by the specified date on the delinquent notice, staff disconnects water/sewer service and charges a nonpayment reconnection fee of $40 to the customer's account.
City staff reconnects water/sewer service after receiving bill payment, along with the reconnection fee. Payment must be received before 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday in order for staff to restore services the same day. Otherwise, services will be restored the next business day.
