Bullhead City TV4 is a Government Information Channel, as outlined in the Federal Cable Communications Act of 1984, created for the dissemination of government-related information. TV4 also provides a television “billboard” for Public Service Announcements of non-profit, community events and programs.

To have a Public Service Announcement placed on the TV4 Billboard, please complete and submit this online form.

To be effective, announcements should be received no later than 14 days prior to the event. Messages will be posted as soon as possible (allow at least 1 week for posting), should be brief and concise, may be edited by TV4 staff for space and clarity, and will air for a maximum of six (6) months.
