Thank you for your interest with booking a room at the Suddenlink Community Center! Below you will find more information on our available meeting spaces.
Tours are available by appointment ONLY. To book your tour, please contact Recreation Coordinator Nichole Corral at ncorral@bullheadcityaz.gov.
Step 1: Please complete our Facility Use Application.
Step 2: Please Fill out the form below and email your application package to ncorral@bullheadcityaz.gov.
Step 3: Wait for confirmation that the date you are requesting is available. Once you receive confirmation, you may make your payment by visiting City Hall or by calling 928-763-9400.
You must book a room with at least 2 weeks notice. We do not make reservations for anything under than 2 weeks. We will need to receive both the application package and your payment within this time frame for the reservation to be accepted.
Fees:
Gymnasium** (Max Occupancy - 374 people): $50/Hour* or $400/Day
Multiple Purpose Room** (Max Occupancy - 90 people): $40/Hour* or $200/Day
Meeting Room (Max Occupancy - 35 People): $25/Hour* or $250/Day
*Per Hour Reservations Require a 2 hour minimum
** Requires a $200 Refundable Deposit
