 It is the goal of the City of Bullhead City to enhance the quality of life and promote a sense of community to residents by providing quality public services in a responsible, efficient and effective manner.

Welcome to the Office of the City Manager where I have served this community since 2010. Under Bullhead's Council/Manager form of government, the City Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City. The City Manager is appointed by and reports directly to the Mayor and City Council. The City Manager oversees operations and service delivery by providing direction and leadership for the organization, aligning service delivery with community needs, and Council priorities with organizational goals, while advancing community relations and civic engagement. 

In Bullhead City, we take great pride in the development of our City and the many natural amenities of our community. As a community, we appreciate the past that has shaped where we are today.  

Our staff is here to provide excellent customer service! We are accessible, responsive, and creative as we strive to meet the needs of our community.
