Bicycle Safety Rodeo
Gear up for the 20th Annual Carrie Edgmon Bicycle Safety Rodeo!
On Saturday, May 2nd from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Wal-Mart parking lot, children will put their safety skills and knowledge to the test by completing several bicycle safety courses.
Bike rodeo participants receive free bicycle registration, fine-tuning and inspections and are fitted for a free helmet, thanks to donations from local service organizations. Children will also learn the rules of the road from Bullhead City Police Bicycle Officers, who are on hand to help kids go through the different safety courses.
The event is sponsored by the Bullhead City Police and Fire Departments, Wal-Mart and Western Arizona Regional Medical Center.
