National Night Out
National Night Out gives people a chance to discuss neighborhood concerns with law enforcement and fire department personnel, as well as heighten crime prevention awareness, create neighborhood spirit, and strengthen community and police partnerships.
National Night Out will be held on Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public. There are games, refreshments, prize drawings and fun activities for the kids, including face painting, 9-1-1 simulators, free fingerprinting and a chance for children to dress up in police SWAT & firefighter gear!
National Night Out is held at two locations in Bullhead City: Mohave Electric Cooperative, 928 Hancock Road, and at Target, Mohave Crossroads Shopping Center.
The community is encouraged to turn on their outside lights to send a message to criminals that neighborhoods are fighting back. Remember: “Lights on, Crime off.”
