Informational Meeting – June 29th
The Bullhead City Police Department is implementing an Explorer Program!
If you are 16 – 20 years old and of high moral character, the Bullhead City Police Department Explorer Post 1255 invites you to join our Explorer Program.
Police Explorers is a career-oriented program that gives young adults the opportunity to discover a career in law enforcement by working with local law enforcement agencies. Police Explorers will receive law enforcement training, one-on-one mentorship and participate in exciting activities.
An informational meeting will be held on Thursday, June 29th from 5 – 7 p.m. in the Bullhead City Police Department Training Room, 1255 Marina Boulevard. Police Explorer Advisors will also be available to answer questions and offer assistance with the completion of your application. Applicants under the age of 18 must bring a parent/guardian.

Applications are due before August 2nd by 5 p.m. to the Human Resources Department. Applicants must have their most recent report card available prior to being appointed as an Explorer. A maximum of 10 Explorer positions are available.
