The Citizens’ Police Academy is designed to provide residents with a greater understanding of the Bullhead City Police Department and its operations through class lectures as well as hands-on experiences. It is our goal to make this course an informative and enjoyable experience and to create a strong partnership in making Bullhead City a great place to live, work, and raise our families!

Academy Schedule

The P.A.C.T. (Police and Citizens Together) Academy is held from approximately 6 – 8:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month.
 
There is no cost to apply or enter the P.A.C.T. Academy.

Entrance Requirements  Forenics specialist

Interested candidates for the 8-month Citizens’ Police Academy must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • No misdemeanor arrests within one year of application
  • No felony arrests or convictions
  • Excellent character

Applications for the 2025 PACT Academy will be accepted during the month of November, 2024 at the BHCPD lobby, 1255 Marina Blvd. Space is limited.
