Sewer Improvements

Bullhead City has two active sewer improvement districts.  The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) filed a lawsuit in 1997 over high nitrate levels found in Bullhead City's ground water.  Bullhead City was mandated to replace septic tanks with sewer lines in three critical areas of the city.
