Surplus Property Auctions

Bullhead City surplus items are used office equipment, furniture and vehicles determined that they can no longer be used by the city.  These surplus items can be viewed online through Public Surplus.  To participate in the bidding process, the buyer needs to register with Public Surplus and have an e-mail address. 

Real Property Auctions

Bullhead City has acquired real property through purchase, donation, abatement actions, lien foreclosures, delinquent special assessments or other conveyances.  The Real Estate Owned (REO) Committee shall periodically review city owned property to recommend its disposition or retention to the City Council . The real property for public sale can be viewed online through Public Surplus website.  To participate in the bidding process, the buyer needs to register with Public Surplus and have an e-mail address.
