The Engineering Division issues and administers Right-of-Way and Encroachment Permits, provides subdivision and commercial development review as it pertains to public facilities and infrastructure, elevation certificates, assistance to sewer districts, survey work, provides guidance and assistance on future growth within City limits and other public infrastructure needs.

The Engineering Division also develops and maintains the City’s Maps & GIS system, providing related services to the general public and businesses.
